    Can we please get a better explanation of what exactly is in the Asian mix? And suggestions on what those greens can be used for?

    I saw red kale and mustard greens and maybe arugula in the mix. Maybe Margie can clarify? I usually cook the Asian mix, in a quick saute with onion or garlic. Some people eat it raw in salad!

    The components of the Asian Mix change according to what we’re harvesting that week. It’s always chock full of brassica things, but that’s not saying much. After all, mustard, mizuna, komatsuna, tatsoi, kales of all kinds, pei tsai, hon tsai tai – heck, pretty much all ‘Asian’ greens are members of the cabbage family! One thing for sure- they’re all full of great nutrition, and YUMMY!
